I'm sorry to answer that there is no English version of a guide that describes LF2 Stedenroute, the route between Amsterdam and Brussels. The Dutch part of this book is described in the guide 'NAP-Zeebodemroute'. Although it's in the Dutch language I think it can be useful for you. It has maps that show the route and it has a small book with useful addresses like places for overnight stay.
